Food Banks

Food banks are welcoming, friendly non-profit organizations established in each city in Canada to help those living in the community who may need temporary assistance with food.

Food banks operate through the goodwill of several volunteers who sort, store, and distribute food.

The mission of every foodbank is to alleviate hunger and provide nutritious food to their clients.

Their services are free.

Mohawk Mississauga Campus Food Pantry

In collaboration with the Mississauga Food Bank, we have introduced a complimentary Food Pantry right here on campus, aiming to support our students in accessing essential grocery items.

Stocked with nutritious, non-perishable staples, the pantry offers convenience and sustenance to our students, ensuring they have easy access to wholesome food options for their daily needs.
